let's eat!

here's what i've been up to... making tasty things! made the granola bars last night & they were delicious. plus an added bonus is i knew all of the ingredients going in... no "eajlejfawgel syrup" for me. i have also discovered a recent love for all things quinoa. it cooks 3 times fast than brown rice, packs on the protein & is delicious.

and mexican.. well, i've just been craving that for weeks!

[vegan blueberry granola bars]
[quinoa, garlic blackbeans, salsa, guacamole]

[asian tofu noodles w/napa cabbage, carrots & peanut seasame sauce]

I am about to fix my dinner.......right after I make your
Peanut butter tofu bars. Pictures are beautiful - you
are a creative cooker - an inspiration. Qunioa - love it
also. This grain grows in places nothing else will - tis
a HARDY plant. Do you know about the networking
site "LinkedIn" ? You do no doubt. I am always playing "catchup" - I just heard about it....... Interesting. Hugs
