lessons learned

school is good for learning.

sometimes it is instead the process of getting to school that teaches the most.

like... don't wear a skirt when attempting to ride a bike. it is horribly awkward when trying to get off. and most likely results in cut up shins.

not to worry.

learned my lesson and parked the bike far away from class as to not see anyone I knew while trying to figure it all out. and then promptly walked my bike home from class and changed into pants :)

classes themselves were good. designed some icons this morning in my symbols & icon class. hung around in the SAU for a bit. two hour sociology lecture. two hour break for lunch and other shenanigans. then finally an ASL class.

few things to do for homework tonight, nothing horribly bad. that of course, will all change come week two. already have two projects assigned.
