my day did not begin until noon, it was fantastic.
watched the stanley cup final game tonight. wings unfortunately lost. apparently it's a very rare thing to lose a home game seven. that brings hockey season officially to an end. october 3rd is the beginning of RIT hockey season. woohoo, i think i can wait until then. it does seem a little silly to be watching a sport on ice when it's close to 85 outside.
tomorrow i'm doing some shenanigans with sarah in the morning and then alison's birthday party is in the afternoon. that about wraps up my splendidly long list of activities for this weekend. i did get around to doing a little bit of painting today in my sketchbook which was nice. i forgot how much i just like doodling whatever-- i haven't had any lecture classes in the past month to get my doodling fix in ;)

I too watched the hockey game. Had been pulling for Wings. Those persons in Detroit nee something good to happen! However, Pittsburgh has had an incredible year to overcome and those kids are all so young that I'm glad they won instead! Nana
